Insurance and Billing

College Heights Endoscopy Center accepts most major insurances. We will contact your insurance company to get an estimate of any monies that you might owe prior to your service(s).

Contacting your insurance company is always recommended, should you have questions regarding your benefits and eligibility.

All claims are submitted to the insurance company on your behalf and payments will be sent directly to College Heights Endoscopy Center. Your insurance company will send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) informing you of how your claim was processed.

You will be responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance or deductible. We accept cash, checks or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). We also offer a payment plan for your convenience. We offer the option to pay bills online. With our online bill pay option, you can securely make a payment for your service online with no hassles.

Should you have a balance due, you will receive an easy to understand bill for the services provided at College Heights Endoscopy Center. We bill for the facility charge as well as anesthesia. Any charges for your surgeon or pathology (if applicable) are billed by those individuals.

The Cost of Your Procedure

Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.

You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients).  Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
