Learn MoreThe staff was very nice and made you feel at ease. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Dr Pickle and his staff were as good as they get. I wouldn’t wish a colonoscopy on anyone but if you need one this is the place to be. Super friendly and super efficient staff. My thanks to all of them
I was 100% pleased. My nurse, Brianna was exceptional. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and just seemed so happy to be there working . I would definitely want her as my nurse again . All the workers were very pleasant. The place itself was spotless , very bright and cheerful looking . Dr. Lapos was exceptional as always . I’ve been with her for many , many years and she is the best ! I will definitely go back here rather than the hospital for my procedure in 5 years .
Excellent experience with colonoscopy. Efficient, comfortable bedside manner of anesthesiologist and nurses, with doctor and written explanation of findings right there for me after procedure. Also, clear explanation of insurance options and cash price as an alternative.
Dr Lapos is always great - professional, caring, explains everything and answers questions. The nurse, Brie, who cared for me pre and post procedure was excellent. She met every expectation. She deserves 5 stars. It was my 1st time at the facility and I will be going back to the hospital from now on. I felt rushed, the rooms were like a shoebox- no room for a family member. Their documentation was all on paper which felt so antique!!! Will it combine with my records on EPIC? The CRNA, Colleen, was the worst! I signed no anesthesia consent, I don’t think there was an anesthesiologist over seeing and she was extremely unprofessional and RUDE. Absolutely no explanation of anything; I told her that I have obstructive sleep apnea and that sometimes I need a small oral airway. She completely ignored me. Before the procedure started, I told them that I was sorry to delay things but I had to pee. This was Colleen’s response, “you don’t really have to go, it’s your nerves!” I was blown away by the disrespect! I assured Miss Colleen, that it wasn’t my nerves and I am quite aware when my bladder is telling me that it needs to be emptied. Colleen literally pulled all 3 chest leads off with one big yank and reluctantly put the side rail down. No one helped me to the bathroom so I struggled to carry my IV bag and hold my gown closed in the back. They gave me DIRECTIONS TO THE BATHROOM where there was no place to hang the IV bag. I had on my own socks as I wasn’t given slippers so I accumulated the grunge from the whole endoscopy center on my socks, including from the bathroom. I wonder if Colleen would have preferred that I pee, under propofol, all over the stretcher? I’ll always stick with Dr. Lapos but not at this place!
The experience was what I expected for the third time, the nurses were super friendly and helpful, I have no complaints.
Everyone was very nice and treated me with respect. Dr Halm is awesome!!!
