Dr. Lacey is an internist and gastroenterologist.

He is a graduate of Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa, and the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pa. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, as well as a fellowship in gastroenterology at University Hospital of Cleveland-Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
